BBK Menu Restaurant Discovery Website
We did the UX/UI design first and then built the website for BBK Menu, a platform for discovering Bangkok's best restaurants and must-try dishes. Visitors can search by cuisine style and occasion, and each venue is shown with photography that captures its atmosphere and dining lifestyle.
About the project
The project gave BBK Menu a website that tells the story of Bangkok's dining lifestyle in an engaging way, through imagery, copy and the way restaurants are chosen. It is designed to work smoothly both when someone is picking a place at home and when they open it on a phone along the way.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
BBK Menu needed a website that expresses Bangkok's premium dining lifestyle and tempts people to try new places, rather than just listing restaurants. Visitors often arrive without knowing what to eat or where, so the site has to help them reach a good option quickly.
We began with UX/UI design to set the storytelling and the way the site is used, then built a website that conveys the premium feel of each venue, with search by cuisine style and occasion and a highlight of each restaurant's signature dishes.

UX/UI Design
We worked out the storytelling and the user experience before development, from the home page to each restaurant page, so users could see the overall picture before anything was built.
Web Development
We built the website on the finished design to convey each restaurant's premium feel, and kept it quick to load despite the heavy use of photography.
Restaurant Discovery System
We built search and discovery by cuisine style and occasion, such as a celebration dinner or a meal with someone important.
Photography & Content Direction
We set a photography and content direction for consistent lifestyle storytelling, so every venue looks like part of one publication.
