Web Development

We build websites and web apps for companies in Bangkok and across Thailand, from a marketing site that has to rank on Google to a customer portal with logins, payments and dashboards. Each one is made with Next.js and TypeScript, tuned to load quickly on a mid-range phone, and connected to a CMS so your own team can edit content. You get clean code you own, a staging site to review before launch, and a team that stays around to fix and improve things afterwards.

We design and build full-stack web applications: customer-facing products, internal tools and multi-tenant platforms, using React, Next.js, TypeScript and solid backend APIs. Every engagement covers architecture, accessibility, SEO, monitoring and CI/CD, so what goes live on day one is ready to grow. We work towards good Core Web Vitals, clear domain models and a codebase your own developers can pick up, with every pull request deployed to a preview link that you can open and comment on while we build.

Capabilities

Key Capabilities

Concrete capabilities we bring to this engagement — not buzzwords.

Responsive & Accessible UI

Interfaces that work from a phone to a wide monitor and meet accessibility basics, without sacrificing the design. Tested on real devices, with Thai text checked for line breaks and spacing.

Performance Engineering

Fast first paint, efficient data fetching, caching and Core Web Vitals tuned for real users on real networks, measured with Lighthouse and field data and reported to you in numbers.

SEO & Discoverability

Semantic markup, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and rendering choices that let search engines read and rank each page, built in during development rather than added at the end.

Secure by Default

Authentication, authorization, input validation, secrets management and dependency updates built into the stack, so security is part of the architecture and not a final checklist.

Content You Control

A headless CMS fitted to how your editors work, with a recorded walkthrough and a written guide, so marketing can publish pages and posts without opening a ticket.

Delivery & Support

CI/CD with a preview link for every change, a warranty period after launch, and monthly support for monitoring, patching and small improvements if you want it.

FAQ

Straight answers about how we work.

Timelines depend on scope and integrations, but as a rough guide: a corporate or marketing website takes about 4-8 weeks from discovery to launch, an e-commerce platform with payments, inventory and a CMS typically runs 8-16 weeks, and a custom web application with user accounts, dashboards or third-party integrations usually needs 3-6 months. We break every project into phases with clear milestones, so you always know what ships next and when, and we flag scope changes immediately instead of letting them quietly push the deadline.

We pick the CMS based on your content structure and who will edit it, not a fixed default. Sanity is our usual choice for teams that need flexible, structured content and a quick editing experience across web and app. Contentful fits when the same content has to feed several channels, such as web, mobile and marketing tools. For large content-heavy sites like blogs or media properties, WordPress as a headless backend still holds up well. Whichever we choose, your team gets an editor interface, documentation and a short training session, so publishing never depends on us.

We handle the technical side: clean URL structure, semantic HTML, schema markup, an accurate sitemap and robots.txt, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals tuning, image optimisation and internal linking that follows your real information architecture. That is the foundation every page needs to be indexed and ranked. Content SEO, meaning keyword research, on-page copywriting and building topical authority over time, is a separate ongoing discipline. We can scope it as an add-on or point you to a partner if it is not part of this engagement.

For most Next.js projects we deploy to Vercel, which gives you automatic preview deployments on every pull request, global edge caching and releases with almost no downtime. For larger or more custom infrastructure we use AWS (CloudFront, ECS or Lambda depending on the workload) or Google Cloud. If your organisation requires on-premise hosting or a specific cloud vendor for compliance reasons, we design the deployment pipeline around that constraint from day one instead of retrofitting it later.

Yes. Every project ships with a warranty period, typically 30 days, during which we fix any bug introduced during development at no extra cost. After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer that covers uptime monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, performance checks and a bank of hours for small feature requests or content changes, so the site keeps improving instead of slowly falling behind.

Yes, that is the point of the headless CMS setup. After handover we run a walkthrough session, recorded and backed by written documentation, so your marketing or content team can add pages, swap images, update copy and publish new posts without touching code or filing a ticket. Anything that needs real engineering, such as a new page type or a new integration, becomes a separate, well-scoped request and not a bottleneck for everyday edits.

You do, fully. On final payment, all source code, design files and any custom assets we produced transfer to you. There is no vendor lock-in, licensing fee or dependency on us to keep the site running. We are happy to sign an NDA before any work begins, and we can work inside your own GitHub organisation from day one if you want to see every commit as we build.

After a discovery phase where we scope the requirements together, we quote a fixed price broken into phases, so you are never billed hourly with an open-ended total. Payment is milestone-based, typically 30% to begin, with the rest tied to agreed deliverables such as design approval, a staging build and final launch. For ongoing work after launch we offer monthly retainers instead of one-off invoices, which keeps budgeting predictable on both sides.

Yes. We set up Thai typography so line breaks and spacing read properly, build Thai and English versions side by side, and integrate the services Thai customers expect, for example LINE login and payment gateways that support PromptPay and local cards. We confirm the exact integrations you need during discovery, and we can host in Thailand if your policy requires it.
