The project gave Sena Development a CRM and AI system that brings customer management and sales data together on one platform. We put weight on the team being able to use it every day, not just on a long feature list, so screens follow the order of the work they already do.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
Sena Development needed a system in which sales and management can follow customers and project information in one place, and use AI to make sense of that data. Information had been spread across several sources, so time was lost pulling it together before anyone could see the overall picture.
We built a CRM around the real workflow of the team and then added AI that analyses customer and sales data, so the team works faster and more accurately and spends less time on repetitive manual tasks.
