Hotel Website with Online Room Booking
We built a website with an online room-booking system for Shanghai Mansion Bangkok, a boutique hotel. Guests can take in the rooms and atmosphere, then choose a room and send a booking request themselves, without waiting on a phone call or chat reply first.
About the project
The project gave Shanghai Mansion Bangkok a website and online booking system that supports direct reservations. It gives the hotel a main channel of its own for taking bookings and tells its story in the hotel's own voice.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
Shanghai Mansion Bangkok needed a website that presents the identity of a boutique hotel and lets guests look at rooms and book on their own. A hotel of this size sells mostly on atmosphere, so imagery and room information have to be clear enough for guests to decide before they make contact.
We designed and built a website that communicates the hotel's atmosphere, with an easy online room-booking system. The booking steps are short and clear and work on mobile and desktop alike.
