Haliviq

Production That
Stays Healthy

Once a system is live and customers depend on it, somebody has to watch it, patch it and answer the alert at 2 a.m. Haliviq takes that on as a managed service. We put monitoring and alerts around your production stack, keep the runbooks and on-call rota, apply updates on a schedule, and work down a backlog of reliability, speed and cost improvements. You get an agreed SLA and a monthly report, and your own engineers get their evenings back.

This is the operations side of the work: keeping a live system healthy. We offer post-launch support under a defined service level agreement that covers observability, on-call response, dependency and OS updates, performance tuning and an improvement backlog. We start by learning how your system is built and where it has failed before, then add the metrics, logs, traces and alerts that are missing and write runbooks for the incidents we expect. You keep ownership of the product and the decisions. We keep the platform reliable, documented and reported on, whether we built it or another team did.

Capabilities

Key Capabilities

Concrete capabilities we bring to this engagement — not buzzwords.

Observability & Alerts

Metrics, logs and traces across your services, with alerts tuned to point at real problems, not noise. One dashboard shows health, and you hear about trouble from us before a customer reports it.

Proactive Support

Scheduled checks on capacity, certificates, backups and dependency health, with fixes made before anything fails. This routine work is what prevents most weekend incidents.

Maintenance & Patching

Updates for frameworks, OS images and services on a calendar, tested in staging first and released through a path that can be rolled back.

Continuous Improvement

A ranked backlog of reliability, performance and cloud-cost work, driven by production data and your product goals, with a few items cleared every month.

On-Call Response

A named rota of engineers with defined response times and escalation per severity. A critical alert reaches someone who already has your runbook open.

Clear Reporting

A monthly report on uptime, incidents, changes and recommendations in plain language, so there are no black boxes in how your system is run.

FAQ

Straight answers about how we support production.

Proactive monitoring, incident response, dependency and security updates, performance tuning and continuous improvement, so production stays healthy long after launch. It is not a ticket queue. It is ongoing engineering attention on your system.

Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry and OpenTelemetry for observability, with PagerDuty for alerting and on-call escalation. We adapt to the tools you already have rather than ripping out a setup that works.

Yes. We start with an audit that maps the architecture, the dependencies and the known failure modes, add observability where it is missing, and take over operations once we understand how the system behaves under load.

Yes. Support comes with defined response times and escalation paths sized to how critical the system is, from business-hours cover for internal tools to around-the-clock response for customer-facing production systems.

It is a monthly retainer sized to system criticality, the hours of on-call cover and the number of systems. A single production application with business-hours cover typically starts in the low five figures (THB) per month. 24/7 cover for several critical systems is quoted after the onboarding audit.

The alert goes through PagerDuty to the on-call engineer, who follows a runbook written for your system instead of improvising. You get status updates at agreed intervals while it is happening, not silence until it is fixed, and a post-incident review afterwards covering root cause and prevention.

Yes. After an initial onboarding period, support runs month to month, and the coverage level can change with a notice period instead of being locked into a long fixed contract. Many clients start with business-hours cover and move to 24/7 as the system becomes more critical.

Both. Monitoring without action is a dashboard nobody looks at. Our engineers investigate root causes, apply fixes and work the improvement backlog, such as right-sizing infrastructure and patching dependencies, instead of only reacting when something breaks.

This service is about running production like an operations team: observability, on-call rota, SLOs and infrastructure upkeep for systems where downtime is costly. If you mainly need a dependable team to fix bugs, make small changes and keep a website or app up to date, our support service is the lighter fit.
