MEKO International Hospital: Brand, Website and Graphics for an Aesthetic Hospital

MEKO International Hospital is well known in aesthetic surgery, and patients form an opinion of it from the website, the brochure and the social post long before they visit. To make those touchpoints feel like one hospital, we worked on the brand identity and graphics together with the website and UX/UI. The result is a set of guidelines, a design system and a website that look and read the same, with templates the hospital's team can reuse. This page summarizes the deliverables and our approach, for businesses looking for a digital product studio in Thailand.

How We Built It

1

Discovery and research

We studied the business, audience and goals to define scope and success criteria. For a hospital, tone matters as much as layout, so research covered how it should sound as well as how it should look.

2

Brand and CI

We developed the brand identity and guidelines so every touchpoint feels consistent. These guidelines became the reference for the website and for all later graphics.

3

UX/UI design

We designed the structure, wireframes and visual interface so every page is clear and easy to use. The design system follows the brand rules.

4

Website development

We built a fast, responsive website that is easy for the team to update.

5

Graphic design

We produced graphic assets for digital and print use across the brand, in line with the guidelines.

6

Testing and launch

We tested across devices and browsers, launched and handed over to the team.
