Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin: Bilingual Restaurant Website with Online Reservations

A restaurant at this level is judged on its website before anyone sits down, so Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin needed a site that looked and behaved like the dining room. We designed and built a bilingual Thai and English website led by large food photography, with the tasting menu laid out course by course and a reservation button that is never more than a click or two away. A separate enquiry route handles private events and group bookings, which do not fit a standard table form. This write-up covers the deliverables, the build and the technology, written for restaurant operators and for the people who will maintain the site.

Project Objectives

  • Replace an outdated or missing web presence with a site that fits the restaurant's price point and service standard.
  • Make booking easy by placing an online reservation path on the homepage, so fewer bookings depend on a phone call.
  • Give private events and group bookings their own enquiry route, because they need more detail than a table reservation.
  • Present tasting menus, wine lists and seasonal specials in Thai and English with equal care.
  • Give the kitchen and front-of-house team a way to keep content current without a developer.
  • Prepare the ground for search visibility in competitive Bangkok fine-dining queries.

What We Delivered

  • A fully responsive, bilingual (Thai/English) marketing website
  • A photography-led homepage and menu gallery, using high-resolution images
  • Tasting menus, wine lists and seasonal specials presented in a structured, scannable way
  • An online table-reservation integration connected from key pages
  • A contact and inquiry flow for private events and group bookings
  • A chef and brand-story page that can support press and PR use
  • An editable content structure and a short handover session for the team

How We Built It

1

Discovery and on-site audit

We spent time at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin watching the pace of service, how dishes are plated and how guests move through the space. Those observations went straight into layout and image choices.

2

Information architecture

We listed every page a prospective guest needs, including menu, reservations, location and story, and placed them within the fewest clicks. Private-event enquiries got their own clearly labelled route.

3

Build and integration

We implemented the front end, wired up the reservation flow and the enquiry form, and tuned how images are delivered. A site built on large photographs has to stay quick on a phone.

4

Launch and content handover

We delivered an editable content structure and ran a short session with the team. They can now change menus and photos on their own.
