Thai Metal Aluminium: Corporate Website Built Around Industrial Capability

Before an engineer or purchasing manager sends an RFQ to a metal and aluminium parts maker, they look for proof: which machines, what processes, which standards, who else has bought from them. Thai Metal Aluminium's old website did not answer those questions. We rebuilt it as a capability-first corporate site, with machinery and process pages, a certifications and quality-standards section, and a reference-work area, all written in a technical register that industrial buyers recognise. Search structure was planned alongside the content so that the site can be found for the specific terms buyers type. This page describes the deliverables, the way we worked and the technology involved.

  • A responsive corporate website built for B2B industrial buyers
  • Systematic presentation of machinery, processes and production capability
  • A quality-standards and certifications page
  • A reference-work and past-client showcase
  • Technical content structured around industrial-buyer search behaviour
  • Metadata and structured data to support the company's credibility in search results
  • An editable structure for adding new reference work and certification updates

How We Built It

1

Business and capability research

We gathered the manufacturing process, the machine inventory and the profile of the industrial customers Thai Metal Aluminium wants to win. That list of what the company can actually do became the backbone of the content.

2

Information architecture

We structured the site so capability, certifications and past work are each one click from the homepage. A buyer should be able to verify any claim without hunting for it.

3

Development

We built a fast, restrained website that suits an industrial audience, with clean tables and specification layouts. Readers are here to check details, so the design stays out of their way.

4

Technical SEO planning

We planned content and metadata around the terms industrial buyers actually search, such as processes, materials and part types. Each capability has its own page rather than sharing one long list.

FAQ

Short answers about this project.

A corporate capability website like this typically takes around two months. How quickly the machine list, certifications and reference work are collected has the biggest effect on the schedule.

A Next.js front end with a lightweight CMS for case studies and certifications, deployed on a CDN-backed cloud host, with a technical on-page SEO structure.

Industrial buyers often come with a drawing and need to know whether a supplier can make the part. Pages for machinery, processes and standards answer that directly, which a product catalog does not.

It lets a buyer check equipment, certifications and past work online first, so the enquiries that arrive are better informed. The sales team can also send one reference-work link instead of assembling a deck each time.

Yes. Case and certification content lives in a lightweight CMS, so new entries can be added by the team without developer involvement.

Yes. A capability-first, certification-forward structure applies directly to other precision manufacturing or industrial-supply businesses. The page types and technical content are adjusted to each company's processes.
