World Surprise Travel: Brand Identity, Booking Website and AI CRM
Most tour operators end up with a logo from one supplier, a website from another and a spreadsheet nobody else understands. World Surprise Travel asked for the three to be designed together. Haliviq built a brand identity, a website that presents and sells travel packages, and an AI CRM for tracking leads, bookings and the relationships around them. Because the same team shaped all three, the look, the package pages and the customer records follow one logic. This page explains what we delivered, the order we worked in and the technology involved.

- Keep packages, promotions and seasonal offers current through a structure the team can edit.
- Use AI inside the CRM to help the team deal with enquiries and follow-ups.

How We Built It
Brand strategy and identity design
We developed an identity that reflects how the company wants to be seen in the travel market. Logo, colours and visual language were set first so the website and CRM could inherit them.
UX/UI design
We designed the website and the CRM as one connected experience. Terms, colours and patterns are shared, so staff moving between the two do not have to relearn anything.
Website development
We built the site around browsing and buying travel packages, with a clear page for each package. Promotions and seasonal offers sit in a structure the team can update.
AI CRM development
We built a CRM tuned to how travel companies manage leads and bookings. AI features help with handling enquiries so the team can focus on conversations with travellers.
Technology & Tools
Results
- A new website launched together with a new brand identity and an AI CRM.
- The website is built to sell packages directly, not only describe the company.
- A CRM now replaces spreadsheet-based customer and booking tracking.
- Brand, website and CRM work as one connected system instead of three separate tools.
- The team keeps packages and seasonal offers current on its own.
