We designed the UX/UI and built a new website for Admire, a custom home builder, with large imagery of its house designs and finished projects. An AI-assisted CRM captures and follows up every enquiry, so the sales team knows who to call back first.

Admire's project covers UX/UI design and a new website for a custom home builder, with an AI-assisted CRM to manage interested customers. The website's job is to show the craft, and the CRM's job is to look after people once they get in touch.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
Admire builds custom homes, and buyers spend a long time studying designs and comparing builders. The business needed a website that shows off its work and a system that does not let promising leads slip away, because while a customer is weighing several builders, the one that keeps following up steadily has the advantage.
We designed a UX/UI centred on the home designs and finished projects, built the website so people can browse by style and project, and added an AI-assisted CRM that captures and follows up every enquiry from first interest through to a signed contract.

We talked with the team about the designs that sell best, the questions customers ask before deciding and how the sales team currently follows up, then set the scope and success measures.
UX/UI Design
We designed wireframes and the visual interface so house photography takes the lead and a consultation button sits on every important page.
