Awii House — Website with CRM for a Home Builder
We designed and built a website for Awii House, a home-building company, together with a CRM that follows each customer from the first look at a house design through to closing the sale. The sales team can see which stage every lead is at and what to follow up next.
About the project
The project gave the home builder a digital toolkit that reaches from showing off its work to looking after customers. The public side makes the company's craft easier to see, while the internal side helps the sales team keep interested customers from slipping away.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
The builder had many house designs and finished projects, but no website that presented them well and no system for tracking people who came to discuss a design. Building a home is a slow decision, and without steady follow-up an interested customer can easily go quiet.
We built a website that presents designs and portfolio work in an orderly way, letting visitors browse by style and size, and linked it to a CRM that tracks each customer from the first consultation request to a signed contract, with contact history kept in one place.
