Awii House: House Design Portfolio Website and Lead-Tracking CRM

A house builder rarely sells on the first visit. A buyer looks at designs, comes back, sends an enquiry, asks for a visit and signs weeks later. Awii House needed a way to follow that path, and a marketing site alone cannot do it. We built a website with a house-design and portfolio gallery, then connected its enquiry forms to a CRM so every lead is recorded, followed up and moved along a pipeline the whole sales team can see. Below you will find the deliverables, how we worked and the technology involved.

  • A handover so the team can update the gallery and use the CRM

How We Built It

1

Business and sales-process research

Before designing anything, we mapped the real sales pipeline from enquiry to contract. The CRM stages follow the steps the team actually goes through.

2

UX/UI design

We designed the website and CRM to share a single lead-capture and tracking flow. What a visitor submits on the site is exactly what the sales team reads in the CRM.

3

Website development

We built a photography-forward marketing site for the designs and projects. Gallery pages are made so each design can be viewed in detail and enquired about directly.

4

CRM development

We built a CRM tuned to the real estate sales pipeline and connected it to the website's lead capture. New enquiries arrive in the pipeline without anyone retyping them.
