BASE — Fitness Studio Website
We designed and built a website for BASE, a fitness and wellness studio, with online class booking and trainer profiles. Visitors can look at the schedule, get to know the trainers and decide on a trial or membership without sending a single message first.
About the project
BASE needed a website that showed off the skill of its trainers and made booking a trial class easier for newcomers. We worked on two things side by side: the atmosphere of the studio, which should make people want to turn up, and a booking path short enough to finish in a few taps.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
BASE takes a whole-person approach to wellness and has a strong trainer team and modern equipment, but its old website did not show that professionalism, and new customers had no easy way to book a trial class. Plenty of people lose interest before they ever get to try.
We built a modern, dark-toned website that puts trainers and studio photography up front, with an online class-booking flow that is simple to use. A new customer can see the class schedule, pick a trainer and book in one place, and reach a decision sooner than before.
Our Approach
Brand Immersion
We gathered the studio's atmosphere, its trainer team and its target members, so we understood what a person about to sign up expects to find on the site.
UX/UI Design
We arranged the site so classes and trainers are quick to browse, and left room for motion and dynamic photography that gives the pages some energy.
Development & Booking Integration
We built a fast website and connected it to the online class-booking system, keeping the schedule on the site in line with what the studio actually runs.
Content Direction
We helped set the photography and copy direction for social channels so trainer and class imagery matches the look of the website.
