We provided business consulting, website design and UX/UI, plus an AI-assisted CRM, for DSK, an aesthetic surgery business. The website builds trust with people who are still deciding, while the CRM gathers every enquiry in one place and helps rank who to follow up first.
About the project
DSK's project combined business consulting, website and UX/UI design, and an AI-assisted CRM for an aesthetic surgery business. We started by talking through goals and the customer's path, and only then began designing.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
DSK, an aesthetic surgery business, wanted a polished online presence that people can trust, along with a better way to manage and follow up interested customers. Cosmetic surgery is a decision people think about for a long time, and a slow reply or a forgotten follow-up sends them elsewhere.
We began with business consulting on what the website should achieve, then designed an elegant website and UX/UI and added an AI-assisted CRM that organises enquiries and supports follow-up.
