AI-Powered Immigration Inspection App
We designed and built a mobile app for the Royal Thai Police Immigration Bureau to help officers verify the identity of travellers entering and leaving the country. An AI module checks documents and faces, making verification faster and more accurate than eyesight alone.
About the project
The project used AI to make immigration inspection safer and quicker, with AI helping the officer check documents and faces. For that reason the screens show the result and any alert signal plainly, so it can be read at a glance.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
Immigration officers check documents and verify the identity of a very large number of travellers every day, and the existing process was slow and depended mainly on the human eye. That becomes tiring with a queue waiting, and small details can be missed.
We built a mobile app with an AI module for travel-document checks and facial recognition. It helps officers confirm identity faster and more accurately, links to the traveller database and raises an immediate alert when something looks wrong.
Our Approach
Process Immersion
We studied officers' document-checking and identity-verification steps in the field, including how long each takes and where mistakes are easiest to make.
AI Module Development
We built an AI module for travel document verification and traveller face recognition, and tested it against the kinds of cases officers encounter.

We built a fast, easy-to-use app for officers on the ground, showing the verification result on a single screen.
