ITAGC Government Contractor Integrity & Transparency Website
We worked out the UX/UI first and then built the website for ITAGC, a body that assesses the integrity and transparency of government contractors. The site explains, clearly and credibly, how businesses with corrupt or non-transparent practices are flagged.
About the project
The project gave ITAGC a credible digital tool for explaining how it assesses the integrity and transparency of government contractors. We kept design and development as distinct phases, which cuts rework mid-build and lets the content be right before it goes live.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
ITAGC needed a website that conveys its mission of assessing government contractor transparency credibly and clearly, and that is easy for both staff and partner agencies to use. The subject is sensitive: if the content is vague or the site looks untrustworthy, people stop trusting the whole system.
We started with UX/UI design to settle the information structure and the way the site is used, so every stakeholder could agree on it while it was still a design, and then built the website to match the look of a government oversight body.
