E-Commerce Website and AI for Operations
We built an e-commerce website and an AI system for operations and customer care at Jampha Shopping Mall, a community shopping mall. It opens an online sales channel for the mall's shops and products while giving the team more time for the work that matters.
About the project
The project gave Jampha Shopping Mall an e-commerce site and AI system that support both selling and back-office work. Customers can shop comfortably, and the team gets an assistant to take on the repetitive tasks.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
Jampha Shopping Mall needed an online sales channel for its shops and products, together with tools that cut back-office workload and help look after customers. A community mall has a small team, and if every question and order is handled by hand, the work piles up before online sales have a chance to grow.
We built an easy-to-use e-commerce website with products organised by category and a clear cart and payment flow, then added an AI system that supports the team and answers customers in day-to-day operations.
