MBK Center Mobile App
We designed and built the mobile app for MBK Center, bringing stores, promotions, the mall directory and member perks into a single place. Shoppers can check where a shop is and what deals are running before they walk in.
About the project
The project made shopping at the mall easier through a digital channel designed around what visitors really want to know: where the shop they are after is, and which promotions they can use. It also had to hold up when many people use the app at once.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
A large shopping mall has a huge number of stores and promotions, yet shoppers had no digital channel that collected them in one searchable place. People ended up looking for signs or asking staff, and could miss a deal on another floor without knowing it.
We built a mobile app that combines stores, promotions and the mall directory, with search by category and a membership system that rewards regular shoppers through points and member-only offers.
Our Approach
User Immersion
We gathered shopper behaviour and the layout of stores across the mall, looking at what people search for before they visit and where they get stuck while walking around.
UX/UI Design
We structured the app so stores and promotions are easy to find, with tappable floor directories and the key information kept within a few taps.
Mobile App Development
We built a smooth app that scales to a large number of simultaneous users during the mall's busy periods.
Membership Integration
We connected the membership and rewards system to the app, so each shopper's points and benefit history can be seen in one place.
