National Food Institute Website
We designed and built the website for the National Food Institute, the food research and testing body under Thailand's Ministry of Industry. Lab services and research are sorted into clear categories with built-in search, so business owners can find the service they need without phoning around first.
About the project
The project helped a public institution communicate in a clearer, more current way, both to the businesses that use its services and to researchers who want to read its work. The site had to look official and trustworthy while staying easy for someone who has never visited before.

What the client needed, and how we approached it.
The institute offers lab and research services across many fields, but its old website made information hard to find. A business owner wanting to know what can be tested, how long it takes or whom to contact had to dig through pages or call ahead every time.
We rebuilt the site so lab services and research sit in orderly categories, added a search that gets business owners to the right service quickly, and put the process and turnaround information on the same page as each service.
Our Approach
Institutional Immersion
We gathered the institute's services, its laboratories and its core user groups, found out which questions businesses ask most often, and used those questions to shape the site structure.
UX/UI Design
We laid out the pages so services and research can be found two ways: by browsing categories or by typing a search.
Web Development
We built a fast website that works well for a wide range of business users, on desktop and on mobile.
Content Organization
We helped organise service and research content so it is complete and easy to search, naming categories and headings with the words people actually use.
