RFS: B2B Solutions Website and AI CRM for Enterprise Sales

RFS sells telecom infrastructure and smart-city solutions to enterprises and government agencies. These deals are long, involve committees, and depend on content that engineers and non-engineers can both follow. We built a B2B website that organizes the solution portfolio by use case and buyer type, and an AI CRM that helps the sales team manage and prioritize a pipeline of long, consultative deals. The two share the same lead flow, so an enquiry on the website becomes an item the team can act on straight away. This page describes what we delivered and how.

What We Delivered

  • A responsive B2B website presenting the solution portfolio
  • An AI CRM for enterprise lead and pipeline management
  • Solution content organized by use case and buyer type
  • Lead-capture and enquiry forms connected to the CRM
  • Technical content structured for enterprise procurement research
  • On-page SEO set up for the terms enterprise buyers search
  • A handover for the sales team on using the CRM and its AI features

How We Built It

1

Business and solution research

We gathered the full solution portfolio and learned how enterprise and government buyers evaluate vendors. That told us how to group solutions and which questions a buyer asks first.

2

UX/UI design

We designed the site to explain technical solutions clearly to a non-technical buying committee as well as to engineers. Each solution page leads with the problem it solves, then moves into detail.

3

Website development

We built a professional B2B website structured around the solution portfolio. Solutions can be reached by use case or by the type of buyer, whichever way the visitor thinks.

4

AI CRM development

We built a CRM tuned to enterprise sales cycles and lead prioritization. AI helps the team see which opportunities deserve attention first.
